There was so much to see, and do I feel I just scratch the surface in my journaling. The people are all fantastic and so helpful. When Credence Clearwater sang in Proud Mary, the people on the river are happy to give. they meant it!
Having Mickey along helps break the ice. And he doesn't mind staying on board while I get some shore leave. Later on, he figures he wants shore leave too and takes off for the night. That's coming up.
