Backpacker's mat would save u weight and space. I chose the zenbivy. they also have a dry bag u can purchase. Ik most of my friends like the thermarest neolite xl. Calm seas.♥️
Thanks Amy, I know what you mean. I recently purchased a Klymit Insulated Static V and will be trying it out tomorrow night on a solo kayak campout. I have read the thermarest neolite xl. has been considered the 'gold standard' of sleeping pads. My problem is I don't like sleeping on a pad that sounds like I'm trapped in a foil bag of chips. That insulated foil can get irritating after a while. But that's just me. I hope you enjoy reading my adventure. there is a lot more on the horizon.
Zenbivy is fantastic. Light. No noise. Held air and shape. I really love that one. I'm not small and it helps me amazingly. Lmk how urs works out. Definitely enjoying. Want to finally learn to sail and take a power class. ♥️ Can't wait to hear more⛵
